    boot is leaking water...what to do? where to get it checked out?

    Hi guys, when it rains...my boot has like water inside....where the spare tyre is located....its coming from the sides in my boot...i am very sure that its not from my spoiler that i had taken off......anyone knows what the problem is? and also where to get it checked out or fix in sydney?

    check your rubber boot seals...
    they maybe old n shat itself...

    i just checked the rubber seal...nothing is wrong....but anyone can suggest me anywhere to check it out? or get it fixed?

    check the seals of ur tailight aswell.

    my seal of the tail lights might be broken...cas theres a huge gap on it....what is the cheapest way to fix it? or i need to buy the new tail light housing?

    where is the tail light seal located? is that the rubber thingy that goes around the tail light?

    car might of had a rear end in its time, and the person who repaired it might not lined the beaver panel right thats usually the main problem with boot leaks
    -vbp dc2 97 (sold)
    -night hawk black 07 euro (sold)

    -honda s2000x2 (sold),
    -black 06 lexus is250, black yamaha r6 03

    did you use to have a spoiler?
    if so, did you plug the wholes with the cheapo spoiler plugs?

    if you did, that could be the problem. Water will definitely seep through is and run along the boot.

    well, depends on the job really.
    any smash repair place can do it for yah.

    they just put putty or something in the whole so that its covered and looks like there was never a spoiler

    should cost tooooo much lol.

    lol anyone know which putty to get? i might try diy and fill in the holes
