Purchasing second hand coilovers?

When purchasing second hand coilovers .... what can i look out for?


its been on a dc2r for about 1 year .. (durno how many km)

im about to purchase second hand ones .. im just wondering what do i need to look out for .. ?

leaking of any sorts, means their blown.

easy to disassemble coilovers and check for leaks , and check piston free play and movement etc.

yup, check boots, leaks, compress the piston and see that they rise properly, see if the sleeves/damper knobs are seized etc etc

hasn't been mentioned but do you have the dc2r rear lca's yet? if not then you won't be able to fit the rear shocks
