that says that power to weight only applies to pre July 2007 P platers.

ADDITIONALLY if your car breaks that power to weight barrier but does not violate new "high-powered car laws" (list of hi-po 6s, anything more than 8 cylinders, and no forced induction) than you CAN DRIVE THAT CAR

that means that YES you can drive an s2000 or a type S/R as it is a 4cyl NA

furthermore the laws were not changed to be tougher but to SIMPLER, it was too hard to enforce a power to weight law so just blanket banning certain cars is much easier to enforce

That's correct. Furthermore i wouldn't worry too much, I've seen cops drive past p-plate turbo R34's, s15's, without any issues. Chances are if they do pull you over, they will be busy defecting you on the mods you have. And half of the cops don't even know what an integra is!
