    b18c2 into a ek4 - upper engine mount Q

    hi there me and a mate are puttin a b18c2 into his ek4 , but the only issue is the passenger side upper mount is different. ek4 is 2 post while the dc2 is 3 post

    can we swap it over ?
    or is there another 3 post EK mount ?

    you gotta change the braket thats stuck on the b16 engine and put it on the b18c...

    meaning you gotta pull the timming belt cover off

    PM "bennjamin" and ask him because I know he is doing the exact same conversion for someone.

    From what I know it is exactly what Lenz said.

    yup just did it today. its abit of a bitch since you technically have to remove the 2 timing belt covers , then the crankpulley as well to access the side. You CAN lever back the middle cover but be carefull not to touch the tensioner
