    x force b16 headers

    does b18c7 and b16b has the same block?
    if they do would a b16a x force headers fit onto my b16b?

    No b18 head is 2cm higher same with b16b=destroked b18c7 block.

    Header wise depends on the header. If it is build specifically for a b16 then no.
    But most headers are build for B18/16 to save costs, so you may get lucky

    B16A headers

    I had B16A headers from X-Force. Fitment-wise they were not 100% especially around the exhaust outlet ports. Gave the engine a very wide power band that made it lazy down low with little torque out of corners.
