door trims off!?

Hey all...

Im installing my system now, just wondering how to get the door trim off an EK1 civic sedan ?

Ive taken out the stock pioneer speaker, and the three screws surrounding it, but it just doesnt want to come off... ?

Any tips ASAP appreciated!

I haven't pulled apart an ek sedan before, but if it is anything like the hatch it should not be that hard to remove the door trim.

You need to remove the door handle surround and the electric window control too. There’s a special too for removing door trims. You don't have to use it but the chance of breaking the plastic clips increases if you don’t use it.

yeeah, ive read the tute that was on here... it wouldnt seem to come off though,
I might just go try again now..
I had pretty much every screw i could find out... maybe i just didnt pull it outward hard enough.. :S

alright,
finally found the trick...



on the arm rest, where the window button is, there is a small clip, you have to unclip it, and then the side fo the armrest comes off, there are two screws hidden under here...

And also apply some force to pull it out... i wasnt at first..
