yea? im just not sure how a kit will go with the adjusting light level. Will it still work? well i guess we'll have to wait and see ...
im thinkin goin HIDs too, givin it a go, something not to expensive, that if it goes wrong its not a biggie ...
if it works it works .. if it doesnt well then... halogen bulbs are always the option ...
have i got cl9 or cu2? is that what you were saying?
i got cu2...
so ...... that should b good then! .. hahah ...
theres no reason why it shouldnt work right?!?
welll ....
im startin too look into my hids ...
i prob gna go ... 6000k ....
Yeah, 6000k is what I'd go too.
Im thinking about a 50w kit for the high beams, I do a bit of travelling at night.
Either that or some spotties. Id go HID over spotties though.
I live in country WA, so I don't really come across other cars at night.
That's what I have too and they are BRIGHT (if you're more interested in brightness i.e. Lumen than the colour i.e. Kelvin).
The Narva catalogue shows that Plus 50s output about 1800-1900 Lumens (colour temp is 3500K) but it looks like Narva has recently released Blue Power and these ones output 2000 Lumens (the colour temp is 3750K). You can check this out on pages 23 and 24 of the catalogue at http://media.narva.com.au/books/4.pdf

Cheers. They do look good. I think I seen them at repco the other day for like $60 and was interested.
I need replacements for my Prado more than anything, it would happen to have the shittest stock headlights going around.....
The output is good for these globes.... HID ~ 3000 lumens.
