    my civic is doing a similar thing ... it will idle around 2 1/2 grand if u hold the clutch in but when you come to a complete stop it will drop to about 1 1/2 grand but when the engine is hot the idle will drop to about 200 rpm which has me pretty confused

    Have U cleaned out all the sensors on the Throttle body? I would do that first.

    dell99 was it your battery that was causing the idle to hunt???

    Same thing is happening to mine, cant find the IACV on my d16y4

    Care to post a pic of where it is?
