gearbox go genuine, my GB was a fairly stiff change, n i tried man different brands, genuine was the best, box felt like it was really new n fresh.
as with engine oil, each to there own i think..

vegetable oil

just use honda oils

I used Royal Purple 5-30, if your on a budget then oem FEO will do just fine.
