First things first, the SC won't give you low down torque.

For that you want a turbo. The Greddy kit will give you what you're looking for.

superchargers give power from the lower rev ranges as they are belt driven, and spinning the turbine even whilst on idle, where as turbo's are driven from exhaust gases to spin the turbines white results in their effective power range in the top rev ranges.

therefore a SC will give you low down torque because power range starts from almost 1k

i may be wrong, but please correct me if i am.

capa performance i think have a supercharger kit ready for the s2k and vortech is quite popular aswell..... try and find out how much boost you want to run as this will determine what engine internals and tuning you may have to alter. i think aftermarket ecu would be a must for this project.
HORSEPOWER is how hard you hit the wall.
TORQUE is how far you go through it!

    You are, and I will.

I understand that positive displacement SCs result in low down torque but none of the available kits for the S are PD including the Vortech which you mentioned from CAPA.

To use this as an example, the Vortech delivers boost proportionate to RPM and really doesn't have much effect until about 5500 and even then it is minimal and peaks at 9000. A nicely matched turbo will be at full boost before 4000.
