    Eg k24 vs STOCK WRX

    hey guys i just have a couple of questions to most of you and i know these questions might sound abit noob but please i would like just any sort if info on it please as i was argueing with a mate about this but i did not have much knowledge about it......so here it goes

    1. Would a Eg K24 beat a stock wrx down the quarter mile?

    2. would a Eg k20 beat a stock wrx down the quarter mile?

    3. If a turbo was installed into a k20 engine would there be effects through the years on the engine?

    any info is benefitial and no question is a stupid question....

    good question ray....

    and also ben, i have'nt drove an eg k24 or what so ever before,so would the wheels spin as soon as you accelerate due to too much power?

    yes once vtec hits u break traction, shift too fast you get massive wheel hop.. either get traction bars or granny shift unless u want blown cv's lol

    a eg b16a can keep up with a stock wrx

    My EG b18c SiR, before i boosted used to munch WRXs, skylines, TT supras (with mild mods like intake, exhaust etc)
    Those cars arent really that fast dude...

    lol but in stock form they dont have huge power and they all weigh like 500kgs more then EGs

    when modified right and in stock form

    any car is faster than any car.....when modified right. But the performance speaks for itself if you want to commpare apples to oranges. I know a eg b18cr is faster in all areas , compared to the above.
    But this thread is about K powered EG cars
