GE8 Hi/low Xenons

What do people make of this. There is not much detail about it. I have no idea what colour temp it is. It looks too blue to me. Anybody purchased these?

thats not HID

its Angel eyes ring .. similar to the BMW headlight series..
BMSW areusualy yellowish colour but some are blue..
