Toggle as in they are both hooked up to the stock speakers. When I want gps or media/video playback I use the yum-cha. When I want audio I switch the stock deck/ipod on.
Planning to get one of those ipod/aux adapter and output the 7" all-in-one to the stock deck. As the 7" doesnt have much power.
Does the headunit allow the use of a usb stick?
And does the sound quality sound good?
I'm thinking about removing my double din headunit and getting one of these.
As mentioned before, this infill G4 fits in great and doesn't knock any of the facia or the gear stick, even when fully extended the gear stick in 3rd will still not touch. I have posted pics of my screen somewhere on the forums, can't find them at the moment though

Yeah the 3D map thing doesn't work in australia, but its much better than my current (ex) GPS unit. The TV reception is horrible. The bluetooth microphone isn't that great either.
When you're in drive mode, the screen doesn't knock or hit the gear stick.
Might be a stpuid question...but im thinking about getting a double din gps/dvd for my car.
How easy is the install? Is it as easy as finding power, then plugging in a L and R RCA into the back of the stock HU??
also, would it be possible to make a cheap DIY double din slot instead of buying one?
Stock HU doesnt have RCA input. You will need to buy one that connect to the stacker interface. Otherwise buy a harness that lets you tap into the stock speakers without cutting it which will also do the power. I bought the cables that EuroSteve used from ebay.
DIY double din slot... well yeah i think it was ndeuro did a ghetto one.
Hey .QD, got a link to buy that harness? so pretty much, the harness is a 14pin plug, that has 14 little wires coming out right? Then I just solder the ones coming out of the GPS/DVD onto the RF LF RR and LR and then power??
is there any DIY guide to hook a double din to euro?
