    dc5R, full tank hit the fuel light around 550km w/ VTEC once or twice a fortnight

    always fill with BP ultimate

    maybe check your tire pressures?
    get some light weight wheels?

    i get about 500 per tank.. but thats in a vtir, with vtec'ing about 30% of the time.

    providing the tune is good and u drive it like a human (same driving style as now) u shouldnt loose much economy at all,..............just liek me

    i was planning on doing internals but reading your thread, i thinking of going stock aswell maybe pushing a max of 13 - 14psi?, and low about 7 -8

    My engine also just clicked over 100,XXX so it still is fairly fresh.

    Expect some PMs when i start building if i have any querires

    bring the pm's along........but i would stick to a max of 10psi on pump fuel with stock dc2r................

    420-440kms city/everyday driving (droppin the hammer now and then), 600kms+ cruising up/down the coast. I switch between Vpower and Ultimate, i find the Vpower blows more smoke due to the lubricants in it (better for your engine), and Ultimate burns cleaner and slightly more kms...

    Ha! You guys need to be softer on the throttle for day to day driving.
    I could shift alot higher then alot of you guys but end of day because you're letting more air in more fuel needs to be used.

    This was from my last tank, this was with thrashing the car abit aswell.



    Taking off from the lights that bit slower really helps.

    if u think that you are using too much fuel
    maybe its time to get another car
