you will also need a tx valve and all of ur o rings, u need the dash controls and the suitable a/c-heater box.
    - receiver dryer
    - compressor oil
    - authorised a/c man to charge the system once its in.

but for ur bolt sizes ur prob better of going to honda and speaking to aparts interpreter, they should be able to get u the parts or at least give u a print out with pics and diagrams of all of the its u will need.
    hope that helps.

    head to http://www.hondapartsdeals.com/honda_parts.php
pick out the US equivalent of your car and you should be able to find the parts you need for the air con
though part numbers may be different being lhd not 100% sure

    you need

    - the evaporator ( it also houses the TX valve )
    - line from reciver dryer to condensor
    - engine bay wiring loom for the thermo fan, compressor hi/lo switch
    - belt idler pulley
    - bracket to hold down the condensor to the support panel
    - AC button

you do not need any AC controls in the car, they are all there. just the button is missing

thanks! in regards to AC button, does it bolt on to the dash? is there some wiring under the dash it needs to be attached to?

what about the thermo fan? do i need it as well or it's in the car already?

by the way, my car never came with aircon from factory. it's an ek1 cxi. the very base model...

the switch is in the cluster, however the button is missing and there is a cover over it.

you will need a fan if you condensor doesnt have it on it.

I also forgot to mention you need two relays for the under hood fuesbox, one for the compressor and the other for the condensor fan. Im not sure if the EK's also needed the rectifire diode in the fuesbox, it may already be there.

no EKs come factory with aircon, they where all fitted at dealerships, the owner at time of purchase had to add it as an option
