would i go ekstk for an ek with a b18c7?
i've swapped the passenger side engine bracket with my old b16 one so i've retained all of my stock mounts so far

also is it recommended that i go with a stiffer rating mount if i don't want to run the torque mounts? or would i be okay with the softest 62a ones?

Yes EKSTK is the one for you.
62a is good enough , you can run 3 mounts only .
