    How low do you want to go? How many inches/cm lower than stock for both front and rear?

    rear about 4 inches, and front not that far 1.5 to 2 inches

    You'll need airrunners if you want to drop 4" at the rear. Teins go down about 2.4 to 3" only.

    the tein guy told me this in the specs

    Front -93mm
    Rear -119mm

    is that true for tein flex?

    and the super streets were only
    Front -70mm
    Rear -50mm
