They are changing the suspension tuning so I don't think you guys can automatically assume that the weight distribution will suddenly result in crap handling. Look what suspension tuning and rigidity did to the CU2 compared to the CL9. The CU2 is beautifully balanced and it weighs a lot more.
A Euro with a 0-100 time of 6.7 seconds is a welcome addition in my books. The paddle shifters allow you some fun. Something worth testing i think before passing judgement.

Suspension tuning isn't going to move the weight around. The CU2 has an engine of similar weight to the CL9, but in a heavier chassis with wider track. That's why it has a better weight distribution and handles beautifully.

No it doesn't move the weight around but what I mean is the suspension changes Honda say they have done for the V6 can drastically alter the handling characteristics. By making it more nose heavy with the V6 would mean more understeer. But that can be altered by the suspension set up - softer front shock and stiffer rear shock, thicker rear sway bar, change camber settings, toe etc.

Do we know what the V6 engine weighs compared to to the I4? It might be just a few kg's difference.
I would consider buying a V6 Euro auto: I've never owned anything more than a 4 cylinder car and I'm getting old and petrol is running out and I don't think I've quite vaporised my fair share of petrol despite having owned three turbo cars and you guys can have the smelly diesel version to your mexicanselves.

It'll ruin the weight distrubution and as Aaron said, add to an already very evident problem with the Euro.

They desperately need another gear. 
In the toyota prado, they had a 4 speed auto. Matched really good to the engine. I got a new one with the 5 speed auto, and it shits all over the old auto.

Yeah, cause I've done intake, strut bar, RBC, ratiator cap, swapped my grille and checked/topped up coolant and oil without ever popping the bonnet 
The Euro has a short body before the A-pillar, don't have to pop the bonnet to figure that out

CU2 has heaps more room under the bonnet than the CL9. The CU2 was probably designed from the start to take a V6. Honda/Acura wouldn't suddenly, within a year of the model release, decide to fit a V6 without any fore-planning. It must have been planned from the start.
I wonder if HA has any plans for it in OZ?

The v6 euro may just tempt those who think the 'cu2 is too little improved from the cl9' to upgrade. Me waiting for the v6.
