    Unhappy Crunch

I'm having a real problem when I shift from 1st to 2nd at high rpm quickly it make a bad crunch noise, even when I make sure the clutch is in al the way, I was told by a mate who had the exact same problem in his AE86 that automatic tranny fluid fixed his problem but I thought it would be a bit sketchy.

I have changed the tranny fluid with castrol manual stuff, but I still have the problem.

Any ideas on how to fix the problem. Thanx.

O well, guess it's time for a rebuild , looks like the body kit has to wait for a while.
