My personal favorite for the DC2R & DC5R is the Injen CAI
You get the same throttle response as you do with the Mugen box.
Plus you get quite a bit more power at half the price.
So the bang for bucks is certainly better...
Another bonus of the CAI pipe type intakes is the low end torque gains.
Generally better than the box type systems.
Down side is legal issues & noise...
Personally I just love the sound, but I may not be part of the moral majority
If you're interested, we'll have both Injen's in stock again early next year.

Currently we're using the MUGEN intake as it is arguably the best & the results are very good.
However, at over 140kw @ wheels, a problem exists with resonance in lid.
(That is it makes more power with the lid off - MUGEN EK Civic air-box - Not Integra)
We're going to change the set-up on the civic to a TODA works head & sports injection with a custom shroud / airbox in the coming months.
The reason I like the Injen CAI intakes is the performance for dollar they offer.
Cheers
Adrian

IMO any SRI that uses the Venturi (sp?) effect to induct air into the motor works just as good if not better than a generic short ram. That's why I like the Top fuel/J's racing intake.
yeah!! I love the shape of J's racing intake. Made of carbon fibre. Very Nice. But i dun know the performance. Does anyone know the performance of this intake??
