In it's current state, handles very nicely. Very predictable and easy to control.
But with decent grippy tyres, wheels and brakes, it'll be awesome around corners. As i reach the limit of my tyres and brakes very quickly on the track, i waste the rest of the track time trying not to slide off the track.
But for every day use it's good. Very very hard ride, you can feel everything.
I bought it from an old couple who didn't even know what VTEC was. It was completely stock when i bought it, even had the original civic floor mats. haha. Got it for $12K. I think i paid a bit for it, but i was happy to pay that much because it was completely stock.

Nah, not really.
They used to drive it to Emu plains all the time on the highway. So a lot of highway kms. Had bout 180,000km on it.
Still goes strong though.

WOW!
aslong as you love it. who cares what other people think.
btw thats interesting with your strut bar and 3point strut brace, didnt know you can put 2 on at once.
how does it handle with that extra 3 point strut brace ...
and how does it handle with the standard strut bar you got on there?
make any difference at all since the stock strut bar is there?

Drove it without any struts and it's very sloppy. With the stock, makes a small difference, not hugely noticeable, but still noticeable. But with the Carbing 3 point made a massive difference. Really reduced the chassis flex at the front. Tightened up the front and made it more predictable.

Yep! Just for the track.
I'm still waiting for my daily driver tyres to wear out, which came with the car when i bought it about a year ago. They old and crusty, but they still have tread on them. Once these are gone, i'll be getting some daily peformance tyres. Not sure what to get yet, as i haven't crossed that bridge. Any suggestions?
