Ok, manifold has been installed and everything is good except for flat spot between 4500rpm and 5500rpm. How do i rectify this and has anyone fitted one and what have you done to get a smooth power curve?

    Cheers

Get a vtec controller of some type.

Go run it on the dyno with vtec kicking in as early as possible then run it again with it as late as possible. Find the spot where they join and adjust your vtec point to 100rpm before there.

Thats the only way you're going to do it without spending big bucks.
