at mark: what sort of paint did u use? did u just get some caliper paint from like a local autoone or something? or did u use like one of those expensive duplicolor things?

  4. #3172
Yo, nah just a "cheap" one from autobarn... which you may or may not have in sydney.

VHT I think was the brand.. and is caliper specific paint. As I mentioned before I then put a layer of clear engine enamel on top to hopefully keep the decals and paint together.

annd did you sand down the caliper first before painting over?

starting to decide against blue calipers.. due to the fact i REALLY want white rims... and ive asked a few mates.. they say blue on white will look a bit odd =/... anyone here wanna share their opinions on light blue calipers with white rims? =D.

as opposed to that - thinking of going black calipers, white rims, black wheel nuts. but yea jus wanna know if ppl think blue with white rims will look a bit off or not =/

Black is a definite no.... UNLESS you have a decal on it to add a contrast... IF you do have a decal DO NOT go bremobo or type R or I will laugh at you

Blue and white imo is ok... but personally I don't like blue at all... not that much of a spoon kinda guy.

Red & white is win imo.
