Rear bars are straight swap interchangeable. As for the front, if you CAN NOT mix and match EM1 and EJ8 panels. You can only use one or the other, Either ALL EJ8 or ALL EM1 panels.

rear lip on ej8 wont fit to em1 which sucks.. esp coz the hondaacess lip is the best lip for em. the door moulds on an ej8 is fat and stick out, where em1 is flat
but Em1 lips can be made to fit EJ8s

EJ8s have passenger and driver airbags, cup holders, some had sunroofs, they have different seats to the Em1 EM1s have very lush front drivers seats with adjustments on the side (like the EK4 hatch) EJ8s have different trim on the seats and also dont have the EM1 centre armrest
em1 = rare, more pricey, dual cams, looks ej8 = not as pricey, single cams, looks
