what Engine Oil you guys are filling up with?

is 5w 30 ok for k20a?

Honda FEO is 5w 30 so make your own conclusion hehe

i personally run Castrol Edge 0w 40.

I have used FEO and mobil 1. Same shit, just maintain a good schedule and you cant really go wrong.

yeh my cars only for the weekend, so i change my engine oil 1/2 year??

Depends, every 12 mths or 4-5k which ever comes first!

just a tho will it fit J's Racing front tower bar Engine Damper Ver.

Yeh the J's Engine damper look pertty much the same thing!!

Or should just custom made a front tower bar to go with my Spoon ETD??

i honestly don't think the front tower bar does anything.

honda has fitted one already (behind the tower not on top).

spend the $$ or other things like lower bar or brake pads will be more useful.

Its be cheaper to have a bracket welded onto your existing bar! Shouldnt be too hard!

$390???? Put that towards something decent like engine mounts/inserts or but us all a little present....LOL!
