    so there are different types of ep3

    JDM
    UK
    c-package
    normal

    i know the basics but just wanna know about the c-package ive heard people talkinb about it so yeah im guessing that the

    c-package includes
    -external temp gauge
    -folding mirrors
    -rear parcel shelf (extra)
    -spotlights/foglights (extra)
    -carbonfibre centre console/ air vent

    umm thats all i can think about from reading through these can someone confirm this please

    kthnxbye

    Cheers Steven
    - rear parcel shelf is included in c package
    - spot lights are optional accessories
    - cf centre console is also optional accessories

    C package includes the following:
    - rear parcel shelf;
    - external temp gauge;
    - power folding mirrors;
    - rear privacy glass;
    - rear screen wiper;
    - remote central locking;
    - some other very minor bits that i forgot.

    therefore things like red type r mats, spot lights, cf console, cf door sills are optional accessories.

    are we all clear??

    also if your car is c package but no rear parcel shelf then obviously someone took them when they sold the car.

    and nightryder it does have the shadow chrome ctr headlights with HID's hopfully they dont remove it like you guys said eh

    oh also and would this size rims fit on the ep3 atm it would be stock height but when lowered would it scrape?

    17x8 +25

    Cheers Steven
    with 8" +25 should fit the rear but u need more camber for the front.

    Hey has anyone changed there engine mounts b4 ? If you have how the heck do get the front mount off ?? There is no room what so ever. I ended up just putting inserts on my rear engine mount but couldnt do it to the front because it seemed impossible to do. Only option my mechanic could think of doing was to drop the whole front sub frame (whatever its called) and we didnt have enough time to do so.

    On a DC5 there is generally enough room to just wiggle the mount far enough out of where it sits to stuff the inserts in the sides of the mounts, and then jam the mount back in. Try that. Other than that the only option is to drop the subframe as you say, a lot of the guys on Clubrsx do it this way on DC5s.

    yeah there was a dc5 in the workshop and we compared both front ends of each car. Basically the ep3 engine layout is almost the same aside from the the whole front more close to eachother. We tried moving the motor around and everything but we couldnt get it to come out it was a pain in the butt lol. There is just so little room to work with unfortunately. Thanks for input though and yeah ur right only way around it is to drop the subframe

    hi Steve,

    basically from the owner's manual i got with my FL, the car should come with 2 keys + 1 remote.

    the keys are just normal honda keys (ie. no red H) and there is no type r key or red key etc.

    unfortunately i only got 1 key 1 remote with my car and it'll cost like $200 to get a spare key cut at Honda.

    i'm not sure how many keys you get with pre FL but FL has factory immobliser (which pre FL doesn't). so my key has chips inside for the immobliser and i also got a ADR approved immobliser fitted during compliance.
