    Bank on Motul...if it's towards performance-oriented then the Motul 300V range is for you mate...go with either the Competition (15W50) or Chrono (10W40) series & you're looking at around $80 for 4L from Autobarn (quality is never cheap)...I'm running the Competition in my turbo VTEC & she loves it

    Car's only done 18000kms, but I changed the oil at 5000intervals and let the dealer service it at 10000. I'm using Honda FEO. But after 20,000 when its fully run in I was thinking of using Shell Helix Ultra 5w40. Its the oil I use in the lude. Anybody has experience with this?
