yet another eg kid!! HI!! :)

hey everyone, been joined for a while but not finding enough spare time to be on here as often as id like to be!!
as the title states, i have an eg, 94 gli hatch
its my project car, shes nearly finished!!
full kit, custom respray, angel eye headlights, aftermarket tail lights, clear indicators, m3 mirrors, led door handles, full stereo install (just in the process of making the box at the moment though!!), tinted windows, debadged (except for one civic badge), remote central and alarm, sass steering wheel, white dash cluster, short shifter, adjustable suspension, 17's, custom plates (EG2ENV), pod, straight through muffler and dumpy, and got a turbo kit in my loungeoom for her, just gotta save some money for puter etc and she'll go on!!
love the forum, its good for advice, tips, parts and jus talkin hondas!!
heres some picks, its black with HOK pink flake (cant really see the flake) and try get some better picks up soon

Firstly let me say Hi and Welcome to Ozhonda.

The car is of something for in-particular taste, but I do like it and appreciate it (good to see 'Sex Spec' alive [If that was the look you were going for])

I'll be honest, what I did dislike was the headlights and Taillights (wheel could be something else too, like a Hectic Spec Momo or something, but it works)

But all in all, I love it.

Good luck with the Turbo Build, I look forward to a thread and some Dyno numbers

:edit: Also keep a eye out for one of the regular Meets in Your state, There was a Monthly Meet that was organised/should be bi-regular but have lost track of whats going on with Rocky.

question about the rear bar tho.. why does the canon sit behind the mesh?

its not a canon, lol its just a dumpy,
and it sits behind the mesh because otherwise it would have poked out and looked hideous and also would have sat on the bar so we moved it back to hide it!!
wasnt going for sex spec was just going for how i wanted it
something completely diff!
not much to choose from in the way of lights, love the angel eyes personaly but the tail lights just go with the black theme
oh and i have new rims in mind just gotta save cash
just figured my old 17s were better than 14" hubbys lol
its not going to pull any big dyno numbers, its not going to be a racecar, jus a lil turbo for my own enjoyment on the street!!

its really hard to get a picture of the flake, but it looks sooooo hot in the sunlight and even better at night when theres light shining on it
once shes regod, im gonna go mad for a day and take a heap of pics!!!
im getting soo ancy to drive her

How long has it taken to build up your civic?
Just personally I don't think the kit suits the lines of the EG, and I've seen so many 'Envy' plates, but it's not my car
It's good to see the paint is very well done.

well we started it last sep, and its only been a couple nights a wk and weekends..
it got flocoated last week but before that it was finished bout a month ago, just a lot of little things i need to do to get it pretty much perfect before i get it on the road, so roughly 5 months
the egs have such a sweet body to them, the width, theyre a fat little thing i love em!!

Hondata or PowerFC are great.....there's alot of aftermarket ECU's out there!
I would seek and invest in depends really, what turbo you have and what power/gains etc you want for your shmick lil project car

and thanks typerdevil, yeah ill look into it when i get to that stage, just going to running a little t25 or something, 5-6psi, nothing fancy just for my own enjoyment on the street!
