    dc2R running warm??

    hey guys..

just wanted to see if any one else has noticed this...

bought a dc2r, it came with mugen thermostat, radiator cap and fan switch.....
all good... but it runs just slightly hotter than it would out of the factory??
not dangerously hot.... the temp guage just sits a little higher...??

is this normal for these mods.. or something else???

    cheers...

    Sounds fine to me.
Mine sits just below half when warm.

I dont know what your mates car is or has etc..
But on an ITR, if ur temp metre sits a bit off halfway on the cold side, its normal.

and when the colder months are here and you are doing highway driving don't expect it to go anywhere near halfway as well

Maybe your mate's VTIR has a partially stuck thermostate.
