DC5R is an awesome drive! My dad let me have 1 drive of his type R and now I have a burning desire to drive again. If you don't like the dc2's interior then go the newer dc5, pay extra and be happy

I dont want turbo. Insurance and personal choice. I just want a N/A.
Does anyone have any sugesstions where I can get a DC5R. I checked all the auto sites, and paper (SMH today, only one for sale and it was 37k).
    I would love a 2001 model for around 30.
Anyone selling one, or know someone that is?

Go with the R dude. That extra money would be well spent in my opinion. From what i've heard, everyone that chooses the R never looks back. Plus, with the DC5 (not Type R) u'll always be thinking "what if?". Better the R and be satisfied - than the DC5 and having thoughts of the DC5R in the back of ur mind haunting you. Just my opinion though...

Then get the R and don't let anyone tell u otherwise, at the end of the day it comes down to the car ur satisfied with having in ur driveway. Good luck with ur decision. All the best.
