was the knob a direct bolt on? was it just the knob or the entire assembly? any mods required to fit the updated knob?

just a minor mod, you have to remove the white plastic on the stick inside the knob. and yes the knob is a direct bolt on.

BTW it looks good, but the only thing thatd bug me is not seeing where im shifting it haha
having the shift boot from a MT. Although I suppose he is right, you can look at the dash.

Rein, Darkii asked as well, but what car is the boot from, and was it a direct fit?

the boot was from an EG i think, it is a direct fit, you just have to remove the silver frame from the boot.

During the cruise as I was the last car following the rest, I was thinking Rein's car must be a auto while the rest was manuals Euros, as only his car's brake lights keep going on like an auto driver would drive tap the brakes from time to time, while manual would just lift off but not tap the brakes.

Took a look during the stop and peep at his gear to confirm my suspicion and I was right, its an auto.

Yet something seems odd with this auto euro, but couldnt think what is odd/wrong, until I saw this thread....
