agree with petronas...this IS honda. I don't think you can blame honda for pulling out, they are more interested in the well being of Honda, then Honda F1.
This car has been in developement for almost 2 years whereas other teams had 6 months, probly shorter for title contenders. I think if there wasn't such a massive change in the rules, they'd still be behind.
We'll see if they can keep up developement on the car. A few years back when webber was at williams, the car was competitive at the start of the season, but fell backwards badly cause they couldn't develop the car anymore due to funding. The big boys (ferrari, mclaren) just storm ahead.
Remember there's still an appeal on the rear diffuser. Did a bit of reading on it and it seems very grey. It may be legal, but also against the spirit of the rule changes. Pretty much everyone has followed the rules EXACTLY and made a diffuser with the measurements stated in the rulebook. But Brawn (the genius he is) made the diffuser within the regulations AND also added "hole" in it to allow air flow from the front to pass out of thus generating more downforce. With the increase downforce, there's argument that their design is causing disturbance in the air, which is making it hard for the car behind to overtake, which is what all the rulke changes are about.
I think you couldn't have asked for a better start to the season, all the overtaking were great to watch, the effects of KERS are more evident in a race.
far out, I didnt know the next race was this weekend, awesome
I'd rather walk way from something saying "that was too hard" than walk away saying "that was too easy"
