    it bolted up nice and everything lined up

    i thought that i might have the motor up and running tonight but 2 new issues
    the new rad i bought the inlet and out let is too big to use with stock hoses does anyone know where would be the best bet to get custom rad hoses
    secondly the collector flange on the d16y8 is a mismatch with eg exhaust system looks like i have to take that to an exhaust shop one everything else is sorted out

    yup.. u need the conversion harness obd1 -> odb2.. ECU-man shld be able to hook u up with some.

    You can use the stock headers on the d15b engine, that should line up with the EG cat

    You can run a p28 ecu
    p28 - SOHC vtec from vti

    yes but they are 4-1 headers and the d16 is 4-2-1 i want to take advantage of that i not to sure if it will do much in the way of performance anyone ?

    4-1 headers is better for top end, isnt that wat u want?

    the d16y8 header may have a slightly bigger collector.

    you can run a P28 with D16Y1 code, you still have to run extra wires to the engine bay for VTP and VTS
