    Width is a big factor.

I run 17x8 +35 of my car comfortably.

+30 will fit pretty easily with anything up to 9" wide with well rolled guards and 235 or 245 tyres. Go beyond 9" wide and you will start running into issues.

I have two pairs of 8.5 +30 rears with 245/40 and 235/45 and there is room to spare in both cases.

Width of the rims is 8.5, Havent lowered my car yet, can I get away with not rolling the guards until I drop the ride height?

Probably but you might get some rubbing on big bumps. What size tyres?

BTW that width and offset is going to look very mexican at stock ride height.
