wow zco, i thought youre just a jdm whore. i thought wrong. doesnt matter what mods say, we all know what happened. although just like ben said we need to remember mods can also act like noob fockers. subject to human flaws.

since the dibs werent lost, and youve made youre point zco, how about we just get it over with?

we cant get over it because things are still being discussed between moderators about my thread. as you have stated, i have made my point, every one has agreed and even moderators are questioning their actions.

zco if i wanted my comments directed at you i would of stated your name.I refer to those before and after your posts.

Just a thought zeek- why dont you put abit of that cash into becoming a trader then you can sell whatever you want in your own little forum ?

as for your thought, put abit of what cash ? i dont sell things to make a profit. sure, sometimes i make a few hundred, but there are times i pay top dollar and sell for alot less than what i got it for.

i do not feel the need to pay to become a trader as i do not sell to make a profit. i also do not commercially sell anything. i do it for the hobby and help of other users. as you can see, my knowledge may not be as great as others on here, but i try my best to help where i can and deserve the right to sell for free as everyone has.

• As ben has said, moderators are not perfect and looking at the thread in concern (zco's FS thread) I think the actions made in that thread were justified. I can't say I agree with some of the comments made by the moderator but that is something that I will be raising with him. This includes moderator etiquette. zco, if you had a problem with Q's comment towards you in that other thread, then you should have brought that up at the time instead of bringing it up now.
• You asked for this thread to be open zco and I obliged. Why? Because as I always say I am open to member feedback. If I wasn't, this thread wouldn't be open and we would not be discussing this whole issue.
• zco, you will know the outcome of our decissions when we tell you so please do not pressure us into what we are discussing re your FS thread. I did not mean to imply that you do not contribute to this site by linking your FS threads so do not jump to conclusions. My point was that the OH FS section is of great interest to you and hence why there is such a fuss being kicked up.

Hopefully this thread won't turn to crap before we can make a decission.

wynode, i already raised the issue with Q last week offozhonda aswell. i did not kick up a fuss about it online. i only bring the matter in this week to provide some form of proof for all to see that i have acted in the same manner as a moderator and got the whip for it.

you dont have to justify yourself wynode, i do know you are open for discussion. im sure other members, and myself do appreciate it.. thanks

once again, please do not assume that i am kicking up a fuss just because its in the for sale section. if a certain moderator had made the same comment to me in another section i would have said the same thing.. the greatest interest to me would be the appearance section - ek thread, show off thread, followed by the EG thread, hot asian girls thread and then hot chicks thread. lol it is not the for sale thread. most of my posts are in those threads if you wanna have a look, but thats besides the point

the for sale section would be for parts i have lying around, but this time, its all the parts.

Zco and i are mates outside of the forum, hence my call to resolve it offline - there's no violence at all.
All this mess has come about due to some bad judgement on my behalf which has resulted in me saying "GTFO" or something to that extent to Zco, something which he has taken offense to and has chosen to re-enact towards me in another thread.

Zco, as i have said before, i will try to sort this out with you offline.
But it will have to wait till after i get back from wollongong.

Please DO NOT bring the "us vs moderators" mentality here. We do not need this kind of attitute. There is NOTHING about being a mod that brings pride, satisfaction nor even emotional rewards. All it brings is the hatred and dislike from other members whose thread you have to delete because it is against the terms and conditions. So please refrain from trying to stirr the mods up.

Why don't you stop shit stirring and read the post above yours. I see you've been here only since the end of last year so you will not have any appreciation for what it takes to moderate and manage a forum of this size. Please keep your out if you have nothing to contribute. See my dot points at the end of this message.

Thanks but nobody is perfect and if we didn't question our actions we wouldn't be very accomodating. It takes a lot to admit any wrong doing and I think Q has been quite forthcoming. That does not mean that all his actions were unnaceptable.

Anyway, to recap......this is what I have learnt and these are the outcomes of all this.

• I am sick of members provoking moderators. I stress to moderators that forum etiquette is important, however members cannot think that they can have a go at moderators, and then have a cry when a moderator comes down hard on them. These moderators spend a heck of a lot of time not only browsing the forums but also weeding out the bickering between members. The sadest part is that a lot of the members that provoke the mods are either friends, long time members or former moderators. I will not stand for this anymore. If you expect respect from a moderator, then make sure you give them some respect.
• We are (and always have been) against Off topic / spam posts in the for sale forum. I for one (on other forums) would prefer not to scroll through numerous OT posts in a thread just to find the relevant ones. Hence why our stance on OT and SPAM posts.
• zco's thread will most probably be restored however there will be some conditions in regards to the 'dibs' style nature of it. To me it is an auction type thread like ebay which we do not allow. So when it is restored I will be contacting zco via PM to highlight this.

I believe what needs to be discussed has been discussed in this thread so I am closing it. If the OP needs it opened then he can PM me.

And also if you could explain to me via pm why the moderating team believe its an ebay style approach, thanks. It doesnt belong in this thread and this thread can be closed as the main issue has been raised.
