    can someone give me a list of the things i need to change for my 80 000km service.

    It's not!Your service manual will tell you what needs to be done.It's a major service.

    Haha, I think the 200k service is almost the same as the 100k service. So just use the 110k interval for your 210k and replace any parts that are worn.

    80k has valve clearance check and fuel filter over the other services. Just find a workshop that can do valve clearance for cheap. Or ask your dealer how much they charge for a valve clearance check alone.

    Adrian from Toda does valve clearance checks too, so give him a call.

    Fuel filter is easy. I DIY'd mine. Just need to be careful to unplug every wire so you don't snap anything. If you do, just solder it up. You can buy the fuel filter from Toda or from JDMYard.
