Yes any Auto shop sells Throttle/Carby cleaner.

Make sure its safe with sensors because some cleaners can damage them.
I have a can of NULON brand cleaner and it works well.

So yeah I may clean the throttle body first and see how that goes.

Try cleaning to see if it works. If that doesn't work there's this little screw thing that adjust the butterfly position when it's shut. I got a feeling it's more than the 90 degree angle that it's meant to sit at, making it stick at the start of the accelaration. Well this is what happened in my car.

Probably didn't really make sense, but if cleaning doesn't work hit me up and i'll try to explain a little clearer.

Yeah I know exactly what you are saying. The fact that it was working fine before I got my Euro probably means the butterfly has gathered residue around the edge. I'll give it a good clean and maybe grease the throttle cable opening and see how that goes.

Unless you car is drive by wire (ie a electronic signal is sent to you throtle) then you should feel this "stickyness" somewhere.

SO, i reckon Check ignition, sparkplugs, leads and dizzy.

mates comonwhore did this, and after we replaced the leads, it was sweet. Then noticed a small rip in his old leads. Problem fixed

Well I pulled off the air intake and there was black gunk all around the edges of the butterfly causing it to stick.

I sprayed some carby cleaner in it and rubbed off the gunk - the throttle is back to normal now

read the instructions on the can
usually you can just spray it with it closed, scrub a bit then open it and spray more
