Boot Garnish in a 4th Gen Civic

Just wondering if the very back fo the boot, where the two plastic panels to access the lights and change bulbs. That wall was there a trim piece or any thing becaus emine is just painted and i want to do something with it. Any one know.

Do you mean you just have painted metal at the very back of your car interior?

I *think* he means that the boot's centre garnish (interior not exterior) has been painted and looks bad.

If so - go get a new one from the wreckers.
