Removing EG HEADUNIT

hey guys... i can't seem to work it out... i have removed center console, glove box, steering column, and couple of screws under the headunit..

i can see the head unit from underneath.. but there is a metal bracket in the way, doesn't give you room to work around..

any helps tips.. pictures would really be appreciated..

Its an electronic instructions manual, unable to post up each page / option, might have to look at it from someone elses computer.
