Exhaust + Filter

i just recently bought a civic EK
and was thinking of upgrading my exhaust and air filter ..
i don't know much about cars or anything so i was wondering if you guys can help me out and suggest some models / brands etc

Also any sites that sells good cheap civic parts

for me.. i would go for K&N pannel filter ... then get a 2" cat back to start with ... u can pm egSi .. i think he s got some filter and muffler...
