    120 000km service on a civic eg

very quick question, wasnt sure who to ask

120 000km service on a 1992 civic eg si, approx cost that i'd be looking at? i heard it's a major service, what is done, and how much will it set me back (roughly)

i dont have any log books or manuals etc, so im not sure where to look for the answer!

    thanks!

    oil $49 Honda
    oil filter $10-14 Honda
    plugs $30 Honda (for four)
    adjust belts
    inspect water pump
replace timing belt (if it hasnt already)seals
    inspect tension pulley
    transmission fluid
    air filter
    fuel filter

    prob brake flush/adjust/inspection/adjust handbrake

I'd flush the clutch fluid line as well (easy job)

that's just off the top of my head

when I supplied the parts to get my timing belt, water pump and power steering fluid changed it was $400 in labour alone

i do all the work on my car myself so i havent had a mechanic touch it in over 2 years. Unless the prices have gone up. I wasnt referring to honda mechanics i was referring to your Corner store every day jo blow "Place suburb here Mechanics".
