    Brocky's Bridgstones

Searched the entire forum for er592 but no-one seems to've tried 'em. It's the new Bridgestone Turanza ER592 that Brock's advertising on the tele.

Anyone got any opinions on this rubber? They look pretty bloody good value for $110/tyre fitted.

I figure they'd be in the performance range of the Yoko A539s? The Bridgestone boys all reckon it's the best tyre around for the whole package... performance, noise & wear.

not a fan of the available profiles. Points to sporty passenger not "sports" hehe... but 110 is cheap.

give us a write up if you get em.

I pick up the EG VTi on Thursday, I'll take it for a run up in the hills to see what the tyres are like. It has fairly worn Michies on it. But it'll give me an idea of how much better the Bridgestones are.

I don't think anyone can match the quality of this tyre for $110. So I guess I'll be getting them. I'd go a sports/performance tyre, but I need it to last a few kms. This looks the best option in that regard.

Hey, just letting you know I got the Bridgestone ER592s. I haven't yet taken them out for a good drive, but so far so good. For $110ea, these tyres represent excellent value. Considering they will last twice as long as a tyre offering a bit more performance...

They're quiet, which is a big plus for me. But for safe, every day driving with the odd fang down the Great Ocean Rd or out around Healesville, I would recommend these tyres.

PM me if you want to know more. I'll adjust my review of them...
