Fastest Civic Ever on the quarter?

Me and a mate of mine were debating if Boosted pulsars were faster than boosted civics on the quarter...

Whats the fastest you've seen... Street, or slicks... Still FWD of course.

im guessin ur not talkin about the GTi-R, those things own!! i'd say the civic would be quicker as heaps more are done up than pulsars, dunno any times tho..

my mate once owned an n14 sss with a sr20det and it went damn quick. keeping up with my friends 12.5 sec wrx. his sss was pulling 160 atw or so with normal mods (exhaust, bigger top mount, boost and ecu).

there arent a whole lot of really quick GTi-R's around though (by that i mean sub 10 second) whereas there are quite a lot of 9 and 10 seconds Civics around the world.

Pulsars, not sure...i think they havent had as much development compared to Civics. Both are equally capable of going quick IMO

i think its pretty even.....personally i have seen alot more boosted pulsars....i have done the conversion myself...and i know the owners of 5 SSS's that have done 12 second 1/4's on street tyres.....

i think it is probably a much easier and cheaper option that turbo civics and thats why you probably see alot more of them compared to civics....but both imo have similar potential

mate that is such an open question you cant even give an answer... it comes down to this... which ever has a better setup and more money spent on it.

all the turbo pulsars i've seen so far have had major power down issues... the motors have big power, but the tyres seem to want to spin ad infinitum.

as someone mentioned earlier, there seems to be more action from hondas on this list than any other cars
    And so it begins...
