I've got Phillips CrsytalVisions on my car and they are 4300K stylish White. They also come with Parkers that are whiter than normal parkers though not whiter than the main headlights.

I've read many sources which state these lights aren't good for visability though they are excellent for me

The lights set me back $79 and the Diamond Visions 5000k are roughly $110. Philips parkers should be no more than 20 and offer better lighting and luminance than LED bulbs which I bought a while back which cost me $19 .
