to be honest
my car is at least 12-13cm lowest point (not headers, but the front sway bar) easily clears the limit.

i shouldnt even have got this fine, + the costs of getting a rwc

They fined me like 180 or somthing i cant remember. but at first they were gonna take 1 point of me but he said he let me off and took no points. But basically they can fine your for any reason.

yeh its just how the cop feels. i bet some are racist! and sometimes the cops a trainer!! because what happened to my cousin he got done doing 40kms over speed limit which is bs! As someone turns dont you slow down and wait for them to turn and he did that after they turned he sped up and got pulled over and that road he went on wasnt long enough to go 90+ on a 60 zone he would of had to dropped the ****ing CLUTH and rev of its nut in first and 2nd. And my cousin had conections with cops and found out the person that fined him was a traineeeeee!!! cousin lost his licence. but he took them to court lol
