The thing is he doesn't have the item, he keeps "selling" the same items to other members and then ignoring all pm's/calls etc.
What you need is his house number and to talk to his mum, then she'll tell you he doesn't have the item and you can go collect your money off her after you call like 100 times.
I would call him a genuinely dodgy person.
