which spark plugs to use for ek1

hey there im due for a full service soon..just wondering what spark plug and brand to use ...ive used denso ones on my ex-eg and it seemed to be ok but just wondering what else is out there, also by using better spark plugs what difference would it make?? cheers

Just go regular NGKs. Don't bother with the iridium ones

i read somewhere that "performance' sparkies dont actually increase performance at all...they just last longer then regular ones...

so normal ngk's would be fine

i got ngk iridium in my civic and they dont feel any different to my old stock ones only that they got a 100,000k life on them

Yeah iridiums won't give you more power, just more life. But you should probably clean them every 10, 000 KMs anyway and I reckon you're just better off getting regular's and changing them every 10k KMs.
