Difference Between B16A and B18C Clutches?

hey guys,
just wondering what the difference between a b16a clutch and a b18c clutch is ?
i always thought they were the same.. until i came across the exedy website..

to my surprise they have two different product codes ?

HCK6751 for B16A
HCK7111 for B18C

my question is.. would the HCK6751 fit a B18C gearbox ?
