From a mechanic who specialises in Honda but ain't a Honda dealership?

About $800 Re: Timing belt, hydraulic tensioner, water pump & checking the condition of the 3X pivotal bolts in the vicinity.

Mine had to be done when I bought my vtir 97 lude (a bit over a year ago) and it cost me $397 (to be exact lol) but I got mine done at fantastic rates through a mate's business. They just did a general tune up and check over, but make sure they do the timing belt change as it is essential at 100k!!!

Why do u need to replace the water pump? is it showing signs of wear? I'm assuming prelude is similar to civic service. U need the following:

    oil/filter: go synthetic IMO
    Timing belt replace
    INSPECT water pump, not replace.
    inspect brakes/aircon/cooling system/exhaust etc..
its not as expensive as u would expect.

Civic b16a2 timing belt kit cost the previous owner of my civic 390 bucks (is that right? pretty exxy) According to the reciept i have for 100k service.
