B18CR would be straight swap, its already got a b18 in it. If the b18Cr is obd0 you can use your same wiring harness. Shift linkage you can use DC2 parts, which means you can use EG parts too if you wanted.

    DA9, eg, n360,
if u can use the long ratio gearbox then u dont have to convert to hyd clutch... however u might b able to pull the bellhousing off and put the short ratio box in with the cable clutch otherwise u gotta convert it.

the engine mounts u should b able to use the da ones otherwise the dc ones will bolt straight in
either way u do need to change some of ur wiring and wire in ur vtec possibly change o2 sensor and depending on the b18 and the ecu u have u will prob have to change the ecu plugs from either obd0-1 to obd2a (the jdm type r has an obd2a ecu but only works as an obd1)

however this means u need to convert it. and put some wires in. id prob go and see if u can get the conversion harness ive got 1

Sorry to invade but are you saying dc integras engine mounts will fit in a da9 even with a b18a1 and the dc having the b18b?

as far as i know the engine ones arent a problem its the gearbox that is diff but if u have a half cut of a dc2 and if u have a da9 u should b able to work something out

remember the box on a da9 has a mount on the crossmember at the front to all dcs dont they only have upper lower and rear

but if its a b18b u dont really wana change the gearbox because its not worth it u only want to change the engine

in this case yes a b18b will bolt straight into a da9 with no mods and i dont think any wiring mods either (provided u use da9 box)

Yeah just the gearbox mount is different, and most likely your front engine mount, as in a DA that bolts directly to the transmission.

no not unless you run dc2R rear LCAs (lower control arms), then after that the shocks should be ok, this is the same with normal dc2's you need those LCAs. Dc2 and Dc2R LCas are different
